Off again
I'll be off until Tuesday on another holiday so I will leave you with this thought - now Michael Portillo is retiring as my MP at the next electoin it will mean that Ken & Chelsea will have had four MPs from the same party in about 7 or 8 years (Dudley Fishburn, Alan Clark, Michael Portillo, The One After Michael Portillo). Is this a record?** Looking it up it appears that Sir Nicholas Scott was MP for Ken & Chelsea, Chelsea when Dudley Fishburn was MP for Ken & Chelsea, Kensington. Did the two seats merge in 1997? Anyway, Scott was deselected for being found drunk in the street.
