New poll
Mori have a new poll with Labour on 36%, the Tories on 35% and the Libs on 21%. Labour are down 1%, so didn't get a boost from the Hutton Report.On the unadjusted figures it's Labour 39%, the Tories 32%, and the Libs 20%. Those certain to vote represent just 52% of the electorate, so presumably if the turnover is higher than that Labour will do better than the headline poll suggests.
Howard remains with more postive than negative ratings (2%), though much smaller than Charles Kennedy's (16%). Blair is on minus 29%.
Only 3% of people think taxation is the most important issue facing Britain today, and only 13% believe it is an important issue.
