Warning to Michael Howard & the country
I was reading Matthew Parris's rather fun book Great Parliamentary Scandals (though he really is too soft on Conservative MPs financial scandals - just because the amounts are small doesn't lessen the seriousness of the crime in this case) and this quote from John Redwood MP caught my eye (referring to David Mellor)A man who could betray his wife could betray his country
