New poll in the Guardian, which suggests that Anthony Wells was correct in dismissing the Guardian's suggestion that 'Ukip are a permanent feature of the landscape'; their share is down from 4% to 1%.Overall Labour lead the Tories 36% to 33% with the Libs on 22%. On those certain to vote it's a Tory lead of 39% to 33%, Libs 21%, in the entire country Labour lead 37% to 30%, Libs 21%. The Tories lead amongst women, Labour men. The country is quite heavily class split, though C1s oddly are the most Tory of all social groupings.
The NHS, Education and Law & Order (59%, 42% and 35%) are the main issues on which people say they will vote (it adds up to over 100% because you were allowed 2 or 3 choices).
