Matthew Yglesias comments on plans to make illegal the fast-forwarding of adverts during recorded television programmes.I hope it's not a joke. I've often felt ashamed of myself when fast-fowarding adverts, particularly since I got a Sky + unit, and sometimes you need the law to intervene to save you from yourself.
