An end of an era...does not mean the start of a new one
The great John Band quits his blog site, bad news for British blogging, and probably a sign of the rut it is currently in. Of concern is that he advised his readers, who presumably include the loons and bigots who ruined his blogging too often, to come here.All I can say is we have a new comments policy. Unless you leave your real name, or a nickname by which you are well known, or a real email address, your comment will be deleted. If you are a loon it will be deleted too.
