Notting Hill Tories
Brian Jenner, who may or may not be this chap, writes in this week's "The Hill" magazine on what the Tories can learn from Notting Hill:Why can't everyone, like the residents of Notting Hill, aspire to be rich, beautiful and caring?
Presumably a joke, though aside from that which supports the existence of a decent God there is no evidence that it is.
