Police shoot to kill
The ACPO have said that their shoot-to-kill policy for suspected suicide bombers, and the operational details, remains the right policy.If you read the full statement, some of their thinking becomes clear. They appear unaware that Jean Charles de Menezes was not a suicide bomber. There is no mention of this anywhere.
