Less than 42%
The ever optimistic Foreign Office responds to a new Chatham House report on Iraq by noting that most insurgent attacks occur in four provinces, which contain "less than 42% of the population". So 41% then - about the same as the share of London and the South-East in the UK's population.Labels: Iraq
