Congestion charge
Were the Conservatives planning to scrap London's congestion charge at the last Mayoral election? I can't remember, but I do recall that Boris Johnson, potentially the candidate at the next election, is very much opposed to it, calling it a "Poll Tax on Wheels" (the link has gone, but you can find it on Peter Cuthbertson's site here - you might need to scroll down past the "million moron march" post.Labels: boris johnson, congestion charge
