The end game?
A friend of mine found £50 in the street yesterday. Another separately found £20 in a pub last week.Good luck? Or start of a new and desperate attempt to reflate the economy by the government, taking the form of simply printing money and leaving it in places where it'll be found?
This I suppose is one way in which one can get more bang for your buck. People might save tax cuts or government giveaways if they believe it means extra taxation down the line. But not if they don't realise it's from the government...
